Congratulations on your book and on yesterday's presentation. The insights you share have given me hope again and reminded me that it is possible to survive—and eventually heal. At the same time, I realize that I must take the final step myself and that I also need to face my own part in this journey.

I especially appreciate the real-life examples you share. As sad as the topic is, I found myself smiling at the McDonald's story because I had experienced something very similar.

I was fascinated by tree essences even before they even came to us. My daughter was a good 2 years old when she was given the task of choosing a photo of a tree she liked. She took the task seriously and stared at each photo calmly for 3 minutes, paying attention to it without saying a word, and then clearly and decisively chose hers. She really surprised me and I noticed that whenever I spray her with her tree essences, she calms down, relaxes, and somehow takes a breath.
