My persistent pattern included narcissistic people of all kinds, and my awakening was given to me in my last relationship with a covert narcissist, whose characteristics are quite different from all others, making him difficult to recognize in society.

After the transformation, I developed a narcissometer for people with narcissistic disorder. Develop one too!

The book describes methods of dealing with feelings, techniques for handling situations, and patterns of action for both narcissists and empaths. It shows connections with ancestors so that we can recognize our pattern in all its grandeur and let it go, leading to a happier life.
