The first affirmation contains the vibration of self-love and awareness of who we are. If we experience feelings of anger, jealousy, insecurity, aggression, intolerance, hatred, suspicion, envy, resentment or criticism, these feelings slowly melt into our inner dominant love.

The second affirmation contains feelings of guilt, unworthiness, not deserving, shame, apologizing for something we didn't do.

With the third affirmation, we begin to trust our own judgment, our inner feeling, and our intuition, which guides us through life so that we can live out our mission. This is how I become me.

The fourth vibration is included so that we can actually experience inner peace, so that we can surrender to the present moment now, so that we do things slowly and with feeling, so that we are aware that time, as our mind perceives and interprets it, does not actually exist in this way.

INSTRUCTIONS for using the preparation!

The organic preparation helps us to become aware of our true inner Being, who we really are, true love. Negative or painful feelings arise and disappear, which we can observe and not identify with.

Usage: 2 sprays up to 3 times a day under the tongue. Each time we need the spray, we become aware of these four short affirmations and allow ourselves to fully feel the feeling inside us and surrender to our inner Being. With a more empty stomach, we can face all the present feelings a little easier.

Depending on life situations, one of the affirmations may resonate more with us than the others at a certain time. In that case, we focus on it.
